Reverend Coleen kusi Agyapong is a dedicated mother, supportive wife, and an associate Pastor in Salvation clinic international ministries.
Reverend Coleen serves in the dual roles of Chaplain and motivational speaker. With a strong foundation in faith and personal development, she empowers individuals through her work as a certified personal fitness trainer, promoting holistic well-being.
Her professional and spiritual pursuits are complemented by her passion for reading, writing, and physical fitness, all of which reflect her commitment to unity in her, leadership, growth, and purposeful living.

Graham Brookland

Graham is currently the CEO of the Army Football Association,  an organisation he joined in 2007. He is the first non-serving personnel to be appointed to this position. He is also a member of the Football Association Council. Co- Founder of Aldershot Town Football Club in 1992, Graham served 21 years in a variety of roles at the club including Company Secretary for 10 years and Head of Media when the club were in the Football League. Graham has received his 35 Year Service Award from Hampshire FA and also a 20 Year Meritorious Award from Aldershot Divisional Football Association; an organisation where he takes on the role as Chair in May 2025.
Graham also spent five years between 2002 and 2007 at the Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice within the fundraising structure introducing the now annual Santa Fun Run and involved with the successful Music In The Park event in conjunction with the Rotary Club of Farnborough.

Maria Young

Maria Young is Headmistress at Farnborough Hill school and has spent her entire career in the education sector.  She grew up in East Kent, benefitting from the strong community provision of musical activities, before going on to study Music at Durham and Cambridge universities. She was a Director of Music for many years, and an Advanced Skills Teacher, working to raise standards and build supportive musical networks across Kent schools. She has enjoyed working in both the independent and the maintained sectors and her mission is always to ensure that each child leaves school with the best possible outcomes and ready to make the most of their future opportunities. Having an global outlook is also important to her and she is currently setting up a partnership with a school in Santiago de Chile. She is a governor at two local primary schools.

Andrew Colver OBE

Andrew is at present the Director of his own company providing consultancy services to local government and other public sector organisations, specialising in elections, governance and supporting communities. 
Working over 35 years in councils, mainly for Rushmoor Borough Council, he has organised over 80 public election events and has also delivered a range of innovations in electoral services, such as through the application of technology and supporting military electors.  Andrew has developed services for Rushmoor’s diverse local communities, particularly by working closely with the local Nepali community. 
In 2012, he was awarded an OBE for services to local government. He is a member of Rushmoor Rotary Club and the Rushmoor International Association, where he is a Vice-Chair, leading on work with Dayton in the United States and Gorkha in Nepal.

Jo Redman is the Executive Headteacher across Westfields Infant School and Westfields Junior School in Yateley. With a career dedicated entirely to primary education, she has cultivated a reputation for nurturing inclusive, community-focused learning environments. Jo trained in Manchester, grounding her practice in a strong academic foundation. Her teaching posts have included local authority schools in Trafford, Surrey and Hampshire.
Under her leadership, the Westfields Federation was established in April 2023, uniting the two schools under a shared vision founded on mutual respect, a nurturing approach and a culture of partnerships and support. Jo is committed to making school days memorable for every child aiming to inspire and motivate individuals to achieve their full potential. Her approach fosters a positive school culture where pupils develop confidence, resilience and a love for life-long learning.

Mark Sanderson

Mark Sanderson is Group Corporate Responsibility Manager at Farnborough Airport.
He is part of the Social Value team and is involved with much of the Airport’s work in the community.
That community engagement focuses on celebrating its heritage as the birthplace of British Aviation, bringing people together, shaping future lives and giving back to the community.
This is done through a variety of activities, including the Airport’s Inspiring Minds programme to raise aspirations with pupils at local schools.
