Terms and Conditions for Nominations

Nominations

To nominate you will need to submit a form (via the website) with a reason for your nomination and details of the person / business / group / organisation that you are nominating. You must also get consent for your nomination from the nominee.

All submissions receive an email acknowledgement

Nominating more than one category is allowed.

The closing date for entries is midnight on 15th May 2025

Judging

Our judges’ decision is final, cannot be disputed and no correspondence will be entered into.

Winners

Winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on 13th June 2025, at the Village Hotel in Farnborough

For the purposes of publicity and the use on the night of the awards ceremony, we require a company logo in jpg or png format.

Award winners are authorised to state in advertising/promotional activity and on their branded documents that they are winners, but this must include the category and the year in which the Award was won.

Winners may request a copy of the Award logo from the organiser.
